Abstract | The results on the calculation of thermodynamic data (ΔН, ΔS, ΔG) of the reaction of metallic gold dissolution in sulfuric acid in presence of manganese dioxide at 25–150°С are presented in this article. It was shown the thermodynamic probability of carrying out of the process of oxidizing leaching of gold in sulfuric acid in presence of manganese dioxide with forming two complex compounds: HAuSO4 commencing under 25°С and HAu(SO4)2 under temperature equally and more 110°С. |

Abstract | Dependence of copper, iron, lead, zinc and arsenic content from temperature and rate of sulfides oxidation at autogenous smelting of different concentrate mixes in area 1250-1320°C has been studied. It was established that rate of ion sulfides oxidation with growing of the temperature changes from 65 to 75%. In this cause metals content increases on 5-8%. |

Abstract | The solubility in system LaPO4 – H3PO4 – H2O is studied in the range of phosphoric acid concentration in solution 0,7-6,2 mol/dm³ by isothermal method at temperature 25°С. The structure of bottom phase corresponds to dihydrate of lanthanum orthophosphate LaPO4·2H2O. The dihydrate of lanthanum orthophosphate LaPO4·2H2O formation in phosphoric acid concentrations range 1,6-9,6 mol/dm³ and formation of solid phases with variable composition at acid concentration more than 10,5 mol/dm³s are observed at 90°С. |

Abstract | The results of researches on the interaction in the systems ReS2, Re2S7 – H2O2; ReS2, Re2S7 – H2O2 – NH4OH; ReS2, Re2S7 – H2O2 – H2SO4 have been presented in the article. It was established that the sulphides of rhenium (IV, VII) differently reacted with the hydrogen peroxide in the neutral, ammonia and sulfate mediums. The rhenium passed into the solutions in the form of the perrhenat-anion, sulphur – sulphate – and hydrosulfate – ions. |

Abstract | Researches on Shalkiya deposit’s ore benefication products leaching by sulfuric acid solutions of various concentrations are resulted. Studying kinetics of benefication reject materials leaching by H2SO4100 g/dm³ solution has shown that REM basic part is leached within 4-8 hours. After leaching rare earth metals were recovered from solutions by extraction with using D2EHPA and TBP as extractant. Conducted tests show, that REM highest concentration in raffinate is obtained after extraction by mix of 50% TBP+0,25М D2EHPA from 100 g/l H2SO4 leaching solution at O:W=1:2. At that Cе, Nd and Y extraction flows successfully, while Pr and Dy are extracted in lesser degree. REM sedimentation from slime leaching solutions is investigated. Chemical and roentgen-phase analysis of REM sediment is carried out. Thus, possibility of REM recovery from Kazakhstani raw materials – reject materials from deposit Shalkiya ore beneficating is shown. |

Abstract | Calculation of thermodynamic parameters of the compounds formed by the components of Cr-Fe-al-si system is represented in the paper. Based on the calculation, the full thermodynamic-diagram analysis of the system was carried out with consideration of congruent compounds. It was determined that the system includes 11 elementary tetrahedrons. Total relative volume of all tetrahedrons equals 1,000000 which indicates the adequacy of tetrahedron modeling. |

Реферат | Механизм конденсации и природа сил сцепления пленок с подложками изучаются уже длительное время, однако теория механической прочности пленок еще не создана. В настоящее время усиленное внимание уделяется исследованиям этих процессов в связи с исключительной важностью их при получении пленок с заданными физическими свойствами, создании управляемых термоядерных реакций и получении сверхвысокого вакуума. Установлено, что для структуры пленок вольфрама, при заданных режимах магнетронного распыления вольфрама на стеклянной подложке, существует ярко выраженная температурная зависимость. |

Реферат | В статье рассматривается исследование зависимости выхода по току от температуры электроосаждения нанокомпозиционных покрытий хром-диоксид кремния-сажа ламповая. Установлено, что структурирование хромовой матрицы наноразмерными частицами приводит к увеличению выхода по току до 98% при температуре 303К и соотношении концентрации (г/дм³) C к SiO2 в электролите 4:16. Увеличение плотности тока способствует монотонному повышению выхода по току для всего диапазона исследованных температур. |

Реферат | В статье представлены результаты исследования коррозионной стойкости чистых и наноструктурированных частицами SiO2 (3-5 нм) хромовых покрытий в 3% растворе NaCl. Нанокомпозиционные покрытия были получены при различных плотностях тока: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 кА/м². Исследование оптической металлографии и электронной микроскопии вывяили залечивание микропор и микротрещин. Этот эффект является основной причиной увеличения коррозионной стойкости. |
