Реферат | Проведены исследования по флотации кальцийсодержащих минералов с примененим кислого жидкого стекла. Установлено, что флюорит успешно флотируется, а кальцит почти полностью депрессируется. Извлечение флюорита с повышением концентрации кислого жидкого стекла растет с 10,0 до 30,0 мг/дм³ и составляет соответственно 89,0 и 95,0%. Дальнейшее увеличение концентрации жидкого стекла до 50 мг/ дм³понижает извлечение флюорита |

Abstract | It was explored electrochemical behavior of molybdenum in alkaline solution. It was studied influence of velocity of potential unrolling, the temperature of the electrolyte, concentrations of the alkali on process of electrochemical dissolution of molybdenum. It has been shown, that recovery of molybdenum in cathode cycle does not occur. The dissolution of molybdenum in anode cycle runs in several stages. |

Abstract | Phase diagram of TiO2-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO-CaO system was studied and corrected by the thermodynamical-diagram analysis method. The system is modeling composition of titanium slag and aluminothermic-, aluminium silicothermal ferrotitanium slag. Were corrected phases equilibriums of СаО-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 and TiO2-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 systems by the performed calculations. The systems are boundary TiO2-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO-CaO quinary component system. |

Abstract | In this paper the results of electro physic properties of manganites DyMeIMeIIMn2O6 (MeI – alkaline; MeII – alkaline-earth metals) are presented. Temperature dependence of capacity, dielectric conductivity and electrical resistance of the manganites are investigated in temperature interval 293-493 K. It is established that this compounds have semiconductor properties. Effects related to phase transition of II-type are found. |

Abstract | The results of researches of the process of autoclave leaching of Zhezkazgan lead containing dusts by the water solution of H2O2 (concentration not less than 3,6 %) under relation “mass of a dust: H2O2=1:0,0061÷0,0245” and L:S=(2÷5):1, temperature of a process 100-130°С, pressure 0,11-0,35 MПа and spread of time 30-90 min are presentad in the article. It was determined the optimal parameters for the high extraction of rhenium into the solution (95,0–95,2%): quantity of H2O2 – 1,8-2,45% from the dust’s mass, a relation L:S=4:1, temperature of a process 130°С, pressure 0,35 MПа and spread of time 75-80 min. |

Abstract | From the analysis of a market of production and consumption of rhenium and osmium the factors of a demand and offer, rhenium’s and osmium’s producers, a trend of growing consumption, accordingly of production, and the trend of a reduction of osmium’s production because of the high prime cost of osmium are revealed. Abstract | Results of pilot scale tests showed ability of nitrate-ions extraction from circulating solutions with satisfactory parameters. It was shown that anionite saturation by nitrates-ions is happened at L:S ratio 4:1 and nitrates extraction by anionite is 92,5%. Anniversary
In September 15, 2010 Kozhakhmetov Sultanbek Myrzakhmetovich academician of National academy of sciences of Republic Kazakhstan, Doctor of technical sciences, professor, Winner of State premium of USSR in the field of science and technology, chief scientific worker of “Center of Earth Sciences, Metallurgy and Ore Benefication” JSC, President of “Eurasian Scientific-Technological Centre “Metals and Materials” has celebrated his 75th jubilee. Sultanbek Myrzakhmetovich had graduated the Moscow Institute of Nonferrous Metals and Gold named after M.I. Kalinin in 1958. He has risen from the ranks of the senior laboratorian of Institute of Metallurgy and Ore Benefication up to director of this institute and vice-president of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences. S.M. Kozhakhmetov is known in Kazakhstan and abroad due to his developments in the field of theory and technology of autogenous processes used for heavy nonferrous metals sulfide concentrates processing. Following technologies wide implemented into industrial production on copper-smelting factories of Republic Kazakhstan and Russia were developed by S.M. Kozhakhmetova together with scientists of Russia and Kazakhstan. Essentially new autogenous process – KIVCET method for smelting copper-zinc concentrates was implemented at Irtysh copper-smelting factory, process of copper concentrates smelting in molten bath, Vanyukov process, was implemented at Balkhash copper-smelting factory, and also – in Russia at Nor’ilsk and Middle-Ural copper factories by scientists of Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
