Abstract | The paper gives the evaluation of the existing technologies for gold-containing ores processing. The analysis of the existing technologies for gold-containing ores processing reveals certain difficulties of effective implementation of any technology. The search for the most effective and environmentally clean technologies is essential task of gold-mining industry of Kazakhstan. |

Abstract | The thermodynamics of sulphidation of antimony and arsenic from polymetallic raw material with submission in material layer of a mix of neutral gas with vapour sulfur was studied. As a result of the thermodynamic analysis the thermodynamic probability of basis reactions is shown. |

Abstract | On the basis of comparison of thermodynamic characteristics, in particular the value of Gibbs’s energy in terms of the reagent (alkali) mole, the possibility of the competing reactions progress in the process of dilution of the basic bauxite materials was determined and the thermodynamic raw of the possibility of the gibbsite, siderite, kaolinite, pyrite, goethite, magnetic iron and red iron ore dilution in the caustic liquor was composed. It was established that influence of temperature on the possibility of dilution of the principal minerals of bauxite. |

Abstract | The opportunity of cupric oxide (II) obtaining by an industrial alternating current is shown, and also it is established, that a density and frequency of an alternating current on titanic and copper electrodes, electrolyte concentration and temperature of a solution essential influence on process of cupric oxide (II) formation. The mathematical model of an output by a current of cupric oxide (II) was obtained which helps to calculate a designed graph. |

Abstract | Initial stages of radiation damage under irradiation by X ray and 5-10-keV electrons have been studied in KCl crystals. Plastic deformation of KCl increases the number of bivacancies, serving as seeds for the formation of a stable Cl3- molecule from two H centres. EPR method revealed a rise of the number of VK and especially VF centres in the deformed sample. |

Abstract | An ecological assessment of the impact of pollutants, which are formed in the extraction of hydrocarbons was carried out. Negative impact of lump sulfur on the environment was shown. The data on the use of sulfur concrete and sulfur solutions are presented. Technology for producing sulfur concrete is describe. The physicochemical properties of the samples obtained on the basis of sulfur concrete are resulted. The optimum conditions for obtaining sulfur concrete on the basis of lump sulfur-waste are determined. |
