Abstract | This work presents dependence for determination of the amount of gas generation into the mining face during development of coal beds with backfilling of mined-out space which was achieved on the basis of experimental data of gas surveys in long face in conditions of the Karaganda basin. Influence of backfill on gas generation from the mined-out space into long face is considered on the basis of the amount of coal bed mining subsidence. Deduced calculation formula of gas generation into mining face taking into account influence of bed mining subsidence allows forecasting total volume of gas generation at specified mining-and-geological and mining engineering conditions. |

Abstract | Role of microorganisms which are presented in initial germanium-containing raw materials and their influence on processes so-called chemical leaching metals was studied. As the initial materials the sulphide raw materials which are waste products of lead-zinc manufacture and sublimates from burning of power-generating coal were used. It was shown that in all cases the coefficient of microorganisms influence on metals extraction in solution K>1, i.e. there was enough considerable contribution of a microbiological component on efficiency of whole process which was independent from conditions of carrying out of leaching process. It was appeared as increase of metals content in solution on 0.46-11.79% under the presence of own microbiota in comparison with autoclaved samples. The bacterial-chemical nature of hydrometallurgical processes in which as opening solutions used medium with non-aggressive pH values was shown. |

Abstract | Temperature’s influence on the extraction ability of Os (VI) sulfite complex with composition [OsO2(SO3)2(H2O)2]2- was studied. It was established that this process is endothermic. Thermodynamic characteristics (ΔН, ΔG, ΔS) of the extraction process were determined. It was found, that decrease of ΔН with increase of the metal concentration in solution is connected with growth of the solvatation energy of the amine’s salt cations R3NH+ in organic phase. |

Abstract | Thermodynamic functions of evaporation and formation of liquid solutions cadmium-nickel and limits of phase transitions a liquid-steam are found at pressure 101325, 7000 and 100 Pa on the basis of certain values of cadmium and nickel steam pressures. The probability of technological difficulties is established at division of alloys into components by distillation in vacuum because of reduction of area of existence of liquid solutions and crystallization of a solid phase. |

Abstract | It was shown that in circulating solutions of the shop of productive solutions processing at desorption-precipitation processes chlorine-ions concentration occurs, which is cause of equipment corrosion. For decreasing chlorine-ions content a fraction of circulating solution is removed from the process, as the result of which nitrate-ions being lost. In present work results of nitrate-ions sorption extraction from circulating solutions before removing of circulating solution fraction for decreasing chlorines content are shown. |

Abstract | Results of volumetric research of kinetics of Re, Ni and W ions cathodic reduction from fluoride sulfuric electrolytes depending on glycerin additives are presented in the article. Partial cathodic density of a current and value of effective activation energy are determined in the range of temperatures 25-45°С. It is shown, that process of Re, Ni and W ions cathodic reduction flows in a diffused-kinetic mode. The glycerin additives have greatest influence on speed of tungsten cathodic reduction. |

Abstract | Influence of phase transformations of lead on behaviour of osmium and rhenium is studied at sulphurizing sintering of lead by-products of copper production of RK. It is found that formation of lead oxide in system PbSO4-Na2SO4-C promotes oxidation of rhenium compounds, and formation of metal lead promotes distribution of osmium in sulphide cake and metal fractions. It is established that with completeness of formation of lead sulphide degree of osmium and rhenium extraction into cake and their degree of concentratingincrease due to reduction of concentrate yield. |
