Abstract | Researches of iron’s various forms influence on sulphite-ion oxidation were carried out. It is shown that the best oxidability of sulphite-ion is observed in the presence of paramagnetic material (mix of two- and trivalent iron oxides) at aeratic processing mode at рН 6-8,5 within 8-10 minutes. |

Abstract | Distribution of iron, phosphorus, silica and alumina at thermo-chemical processing of Kok-Bulak deposit’s ferriferous concentrate is studied. Optimum parameters of oxidizing roasting and sulfuric acid leaching of cinders are established, and phosphorus 75-77% removal into a solution is reached. The iron concentrate with ratio Fe/P≥200 containing 0,19-0,21% of P is obtained. |

The thermodynamic functions are determined on the basis of the vapor pressure value of zinc and lead, found by the method of boil points and presented in the form of temperature and concentration dependences. |

Abstract | The influence of concentrations of the sulfur acid, oxidizer consumption, the temperature, leaching duration at extraction of copper into solution from off-balance sulphide ore is studied. The mathematical model of copper extraction into solution is received, by which kinetic parameters of the process were investigated and the graph was designed. It is established, that the process proceeds in the kinetic regime. |

Abstract | Research of anionites AMP-U, Ambersep 920, AMP, Amberlite IRA 910 for sorption extraction of nitrates from circulating solutions of productive solutions processing shop of uranium in-situ leaching was carried out. It was found that at concentrations of nitrate-ions in solutions 10-14 g/dm³ anionites put in row by their sorption ability: AMP – U > Ambersep 920 > AMP > Amberlite IRA 910. Optimal pH area for nitrates-ions extraction from circulated solutions was determined that equals 4,5–7. |

Abstract | Thermo-hydrolysis is widely used in hydrometallurgical processes as the method of elements separation and purification. The main advantages of high-temperature hydrolysis are high speed of reaction at high temperatures, ability of new products obtaining and high rate of filtration. Uranium-aluminum solution purification process by thermohydrolysis method was studied. At thermohydrolysis high purification of aluminum and silicon are obtained. Aluminum content in solution after thermohydrolysis is less than 0,3 mg/dm³. Thus very pure solution comes in at uranium precipitation. |

Abstract | Results of researches of structurally-phase transformations at heat treatment of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system’s compositions on natural raw materials base are presented. It was found that at heat treatment of compositions consisting of waste from chromite ore benefication and refractory clay structurally-phase transformations occur due to decomposition of initial minerals and formation of new compounds through metastable intermediate substances. Equilibrium phase composition of products after heat treatment includes cordierite, klinoenstatite, mullite, sillimanite and glass with complicated composition. |
