Abstract | By X-ray phase analysis the dynamics of phase formation at the reduction-metallized sintering of iron-manganese sludge (Mn -19,7%; Fe -6,4%%; ratio of Mn/Fe = 3,08) after benefication of East Kamys deposit’s ore was investigated. It was shown that at the temperature range 700-1000°C roasting-magnetic separation metallised product was not obtained. In the manganese concentrate ratio Mn/Fe is equal to 6 because of iron contamination in the ferruginous quartz, fayalite and its solid solutions with tephroite Mn2SiO4 and hercynite FeAl2O4, which makes the concentrate unfit for smelting at ferrosilicomanganese. |

Abstract | The results of rhenium and uranium sorption by anionites АН-21, А170 and А172 from technological uraniferous solutions of underground ore leaching and from filtrates of uranium sorption were given. It was found that both metals are sorbed collectively by all anionites’ types. The best sorption indexes on rhenium by А172 were obtained, but rhenium wasn’t desorbed from them by ammonia. АН-21, А170 types of anionites were similar on the sorption indexes. From А170 anionite saturated by both kinds of solutions, rhenium was desorbed selectively by ammonia, uranium by sulfuric acid too. On this anionite rhenium sorption from ammoniacal eluates, from that ammonia was removed by evaporation and neutralization was carried out. The rhenium desorption by ammonia from anionite mentioned above was studied. That method allowed to obtaining solutions with middle concentration 4 g/dm³ of rhenium and from them ammonium perrhenate was recovered. On the basis of the investigations of the rhenium recovery technology from uraniferous solutions (but with low concentration of Re) was proposed. The second stage of rhenium concentrating was carried out by sorption as opposed to known technologies. |

Abstract | In the article the reasons of reducing of resin sorption capacity of Ambersep 920 at application of nitrate desorption of uranium are analyzed. It is shown that with increasing of sulfuric acid concentration in denitration solution to 50-60 g/dm³; at ratio of resin mass for denitration solution mass – 1:1,5 and at share of overloaded resin – 7%, nitrate-ions concentration in resin could be decreased from 12,5 to 7,5 – 4% for 1,5 hours of the cycle. |

Abstract | It has been studied the laws of nucleation and agglomeration of aluminum hydroxide crystals at decomposition of alkaline aluminate solutions. It is shown that nucleation occurs on the surface of seed crystals of aluminum hydroxide as a result of the collision of the adsorbed molecules and molecules coming from alkaline aluminate solutions. It has been established that during sintering the most consumed and absorbed in small fractions to the formation of large crystals. It was determined that with increasing temperature, decreasing the size of seed crystals and their quantity the agglomeration degree increases. |

Abstract | The effect of temperature and current density on the rate of cathodic reduction of Mo ions from water solutions of electrolytes with using the method of volumetry was studied. With increasing cathodic current density the output on a current of molybdenum in the course of cathodic reduction in fluoride-sulfate solutions with and without additive of glycerin increases, and in ammonium-sulphate citrate solutions decreases. Irrespective of composition of electrolyte rate constants of reaction with temperature growth (20-50°С) are increased. Values of effective energy of activation of process of Mo ions reduction in the studied electrolytes testify that rate of cathodic process is limited to difficulties of diffusive character. |

Abstract | The study of microplasmous processes was conducted using the technique on visual observation of phenomena on surface of point-shaped cathode with recording of voltage and current, values. It was determined that regardless of presence of sulfuric acid in chromic acid electrolytes the deposit’s with different chemical compositions and properties are formed on the cathode surface. Conditions of formation of surface layers on cathode have been determined in dependence on electrolyte composition, voltage, and current. Three typical stages of processes proceeded on cathode surface can be described as follows: supply of potential, steady mode and deposition of layer. Some promising coatings of chromium oxide have been obtained; these coatings are subjects of further studies on structure and properties. |

Abstract | The corrosion resistance of crystalline and amorphous alloys of different composition has been investigated. It has been found that amorphous alloys are more corrosion resistant than crystalline alloys of similar composition as the result of chemical and phase homogeneity, absence of lattice’s defect. It has been shown that the proposed amorphous alloys of the mentioned systems on anticorrosive properties do not concede to more expensive analogues alloyed by chrome. |

Abstract | The creation of new group of amorphous soft magnetic materials with elements (P, Si, V, Mn, C) from naturally-alloyed ferrophosphorus, a by-product of the electrothermal production of yellow phosphorus has been offered. Taking into account the properties of the obtained amorphous and nanocrystalline ferrophosphorus alloys, the recommendation on their use instead of permalloys, ferrites, electrotechnical steels and magnetodielectrics has been given. Increased radiation resistance of the soft magnetic nanocrystalline alloys allows recommending these materials as Cu-base amorphous solders for connection of the nuclear reactors’ units in the atomic technology. |
