Abstract | Physical aspects of explosion’s beginnings in chemical reactions and mining operations, the principles of managing processes of tension discharging under outer load are presented in this work. Alteration of the interphase boundary condition can be done by resonance method, setting definite oscillation regime, which does not allow changing intrinsic geometry; or changing the density of shielding bottom layer, excepting the possibility of energy pumping in specific volumes. Also measures for its consolidation and re-consolidation should exclude the possibility of resonance. |

Abstract | This article presents the results of studies on the decomposition of tricalcium hydroalluminates (TCHA) to extract the Al2O3 in alkaline aluminate solution with the calculated caustic module (αk)=3.5, and the regeneration of calcium oxide in the form of CaCO3. Practical data showed that caustic module (αk) of the obtained aluminate solution when the equilibrium of the system is equal to – 3.1, i.e this value coincides with the module αk theoretically calculated. It was determined that the optimum conditions of decomposition TCHA are: the use of soda ash solution with CNa2Ocb – 140-160 g/dm³, leaching temperature – 180°C, duration – 2.0, F:T=4:1. Extraction of Al2O3 into a solution in this case is 95.0-98.3%. As a result of the semi-quantitative X-ray diffraction analysis of residue after leaching consists of over 80.0% calcium carbonate (CaCO3). In addition to the main phase also remnants of TCHA and Na2CO3 present. |

Abstract | The results of studies on the sorption of rhenium and uranium on anionite A172 from solutions of their joint presence were presented. Under static conditions the effect of the nature of sulfate, nitrate, and chloride compounds (acids, their sodium and zinc salts), carbonic acid salt (sodium carbonate and ammonium bicarbonate), the concentration of the compounds in solution (0.001-1 mol/dm³) on the sorption capacity of metals was investigated. In dynamic conditions their adsorption from model solutions similar to the composition to solutions resulted in during of in situ leaching (ISL) of uranium-containing ores and uranium sorption filtrates (SF) has been studied. It was found that rhenium and uranium sorbed by anionite A172 in different ways. Rhenium sorbs from sulfate, nitrate, chloride, carbonate, bicarbonate-containing solutions; uranium sorbs only from solutions of sulfate-containing compounds and very little from chloride, carbonate, bicarbonate-containing solutions at concentrations no more than 0.01 mol/dm³. Moreover, rhenium is recovered from all solutions preferably than uranium. An anomalous ability of anionite A172 to absorb metals from solutions of carbonic acid salts has been revealed. On the basis of literature data on the properties of the ion-exchange resins anionite A172 is attributed to average basic anion exchange resin. Different sorption capacity of metals is explained from the standpoint of their ionic state in solution. Experiments are carried out with model solutions of the ISL and SF and showed the perspective of its application for the recovery of rhenium from SF. Thus, 1 t of anionite sorbs 13.79 kg of rhenium and 0.8 kg of uranium, the number of specific volumes of solutions passed through columns to almost complete saturation of the anion exchanger was about 20,000. |

Abstract | In Kazakhstan titan magnetite reserves are significant, which can serve as an additional source of enlarging raw materials for the production of iron and titanium in the country. The complexity of the development of titan magnetite deposits is in difficulty of processing concentrates derived from ore and refractoriness of slag formed. In connection with the foregoing, it becomes urgent to review existing methods of direct reduction of titan magnetite with the extraction of iron and titanium in the target conditioning products and new solutions for efficient processing of titan magnetite. Analysis of the main methods implemented in the industry, the direct production of iron from ore the solid-phase recovery: in rotary tube furnaces, on roasting machine on a conveyor grate type, in a cascade of two kilns, the second of which is of high-temperature rotary type, in the rotary hearth furnaces (and the processes FASTMET and ITmk 3) has showed that for high titanium titan magnetite concentrates of the deposit Tymlay (TiO2~16%) can be recommended as the most efficient process ITmk-3, developed by Japanese company «Kobe Steel», and which is a combination of the technology FASTMET and electric arc furnace. |

Abstract |
This is a report of the process of sintering alumina substandard raw materials by fluorine, which contributes to the selective extraction of silicon oxide in the gas phase in the form of ammonium hexafluorosilicate (NH4)2SiF6). Aluminum and iron oxides are converted into fluoridecompounds and concentrated in the solid phase of the sintering. Thermodynamic calculation of the chemical reactions occurring during sintering of aluminum silicate with a fluoride compound has been measured. As it turns out silica interacts most intensively with fluoride reagent compared to oxides of aluminum and iron. We have constructed a laboratory aggregate consisting of a horizontal tube furnace with a cylindrical reactor, connected through gas condenser to the receiver for the absorption. Sublimated gas is captured in the condenser, in which the gas condenses rapidly under the influence of a periodic cooling of the condenser water flow coming through the outer water source. The optimum technological conditions of the fluorination process are following: high temperature of sintering, continuance of the process, a certain ratio of bauxite to fluorinating agents. Extraction of hexafluorosilicate ammonium into the gas phase reaches 98.3%. |

Abstract | In work results of researches of metal alloys under space projects «Temir» in conditions of microgravitation and on the ground are presented. Stratified alloys Bi-Zn, Cu-Pb, Al-Pb, features of their behavior, structure and properties are studied at various modes of thermal diffusion processing. The picture of development of channels of fast diffusion in alloys is shown, temperature-time parameters of their occurrence, sequence of formation, transformation and a fragmentation are shown. It is established, that channels of fast diffusion arise not on a contact surface of diffusion pairs, but from intermediate intermetallic phase formed on contact. Experiments have shown that all the physical and chemical processes proceeding in metal alloys on the ground and in conditions of microgravitation develop under uniform laws and their results practically coincide among themselves. Stratifying occurs not under influence of gravitation, but due to change of forces of chemical interaction of components. |

Abstract | Metals of V Group have higher hydrogen permeability compared to other metals. There is a reasonable interest to these metals as possible candidates to create the high-efficient hydrogen-permeable membranes. It has been established that morphology of V group metals films produced by magnetron sputtering of the corresponding targets on glass plates sufficiently changes after the annealing in vacuum in the temperature range between ambient to 673°К. Morphology changes in these films have been studied by using JEOL electron probe microanalyzer JXA-8230. It was experimentally established that thermal stability of Nb-films higher than Ta-films. |

Abstract | Article is devoted a problem of expansion of a raw-material base of the building industry. Scheme of complex evaluation of technogenious raw materials for getting concrete is suggested and realized. Possibility for сrushing sand obtaining from granular waste from skarn – magnetite ores benefication is experimentally confirmed. It is revealed that raised size of particles of initial and сrushed waste causes necessity of classification of the crushed materials. Character of change of mineral and grain structure of fractions is established at crushing of the waste from ores benefication. The expediency of removal the small particle from fine fractions of crushed technogenic materials is shown. Structures of the crushed waste particles fraction for the subsequent composing of mixes are offered. Efficiency of low power consuming bindings on the basis of the waste of skarn – magnetite ores is confirmed. The waste-free technological scheme for processing of granular technogenic materials with obtaining artificial sand and fine-dispersed powders for binding compositions is developed. |
