Conference materials are indexed by CrossRef (USA), e-libray.ru (Russia) and a directory of open access to scholarly resources via ISSN 2707-9481 (ROAD, France). ROAD, with support from the UNESCO Communications and Information Sector, provides free access licensed under Creative Commons to all conference materials worldwide.

The texts of the reports are accepted in any of the 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English, and others) till November 15, 2020, by E-mail: conference@kims-imio.kz, attached file, in MS Word format. Font Times New Roman with a single line spacing. The volume of reports should not exceed 5 pages of A4 format (210×297 mm). Page parameters: on all sides — 20 mm. The text must be aligned to the width. Graphs and drawings should be clear and placed in the text, have an extension of jpg, the formulas are given using the formula editor. References to the literature should be indicated in square brackets, with at least 1 literary reference should be in the current year.
The Institute of Metallurgy and Ore Beneficiation has become a member of the international association of connecting digital libraries for the identification of Crossref objects. All reports published in the Conference Materials are assigned to the DOI through Crossref. DOI allows you to search for sources of scientific data posted on various sites on the Internet (www.researchgate.net, www.orcid.org, www.crossref.org, www.google.com) and provides protection for intellectual property.
To post-conference materials on the Internet, you must specify a 16-digit ORCID code for each author of the report. In the absence of this code, you should register at www.orcid.org, registration takes 1 minute.
Title of article, full name authors, abstract, keywords should be given in two languages - English and Russian (if the report is in Russian), in English and Kazakh (if the report is in Kazakh), in English and Kazakh (if the report is in English).
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject reports that do not meet the requirements. The authors are responsible for the content of the reports. If the scientific work exceeds 5 pages, the registration fee varies depending on its volume.
